All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information when available.
Delivery Time

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@mlyblu.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can try to update it before the order is shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages
