Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. To start a return, please email us at support@mlyblu.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include items purchased during clearance or sale, gift cards, and customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When contacting us, include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@mlyblu.com, and our support team will assist you with the process.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mlyblu.com.
